Onboarding Process

  1. Initial Contact: Send us an email introducing your brand
  2. Application: Complete our one-page application form
  3. Review: Our team evaluates your application within 7 days
  4. Next Steps: If selected, we'll request:
    • Product samples
    • A signed contract

Buyer Presentations

We schedule regular buyer meetings throughout the month. Once your brand completes our retail readiness checklist, we'll confirm the specific date for your buyer presentation.

Listing Support

Our service includes comprehensive support throughout the listing process. For successful listings, our £950 fee includes commercial review services to ensure ongoing compliance with retailer requirements.

Placement Fees

  • In certain circumstances,  a placement fee may be applicable upon your brand securing a listing specific retailers. If this applies, the placement fee will be due within 14 days of signing your contact listing
  • Payment is required upon contract signing, regardless of store placement timing
  • Specific fee structures are provided after discussing your target retailers

The retail buyers know that we are not the brand owners. Our job is to provide a summary of the brand’s position and its story. If the retailers are interested in the taste, smell, functionality or effectiveness of the product, they will contact you further and invite you to pitch. We act as the gateway between the two.
